Dr. Mixan, OD
Dr. Mixan is a recent transplant into the Twin Cities, after practicing in Omaha, Nebraska for nine years. She sees a wide variety of patients and can help manage eye conditions including dry eyes, red eyes, diabetes, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and cataracts. Since graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in biomedical engineering, she uses available technology and up-to-date information to provide patients with thorough care. She attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, and has been active in the American Optometric Association throughout her career. In her free time, Dr.
Mixan enjoys biking, paddleboarding, camping, baking, and playing board games.
