As you see we are affiliated with many
insurance plans. For those that we do not direct
bill we will be happy to provide you with
appropriate receipts so that you may file for
reimbursement on your own.
When you are personally paying for examination
services at Dakota eye care Associates, we will
provide a 20% prompt payment reduction when
payment is received on the day the services are
provided. If we bill you, you will be billed at
the normal fee-for-service. Note that this 20%
discount does not apply to glasses, contact
lenses or any other products.
Flex dollars: For those of you that have
available flex dollar plan money, please know
that these dollars may be used for
exam services,
contact lens services,
glasses,
contact lenses, contact lens solutions and
nutraceuticals. Ask our staff about this option. |
